If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either request us a refund or a new product subjecting to the following terms.

• If the merchandise is returned because of product damage madvariants will bear the shipment cost & replace the product.
• We refund any merchandise in resalable condition (unworn merchandise) with a copy of your original invoice.
• The merchandise must be unmarked with original packaging & returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for washed merchandise.
• Refund request will be forwarded to the concerned bank once after we receive the merchandise. Rest assured amount would reflect
in your account as per the bank's procedure.
• Return facility is not available for custom designed merchandise.
